ALEXANDERPLATZ

manipulated digital image

ALEXANDERPLATZ was one of a series of manipulated digital images captured in Berlin. At first glance, this landscape seems to present a single moment in time, but closer inspection reveals that it is comprised of strips from different moments woven together. These strips are glimpses of other timelines, and offer the endless possibilities of diverging temporal paths. Some images are cut off or incomplete, and some seem to repeat or be redundant, but together they offer the viewer enough information to interpolate a whole story.
